The Preserve at Indian Palms Country Club Golf Resort & Spa, is a mixed-use new-build development designed to complement to an existing and historic single residence community and extensive resort hotel facilities. The resort was started in by RKO film mogul, Floyd Odlum and his internationally-known aviatrix wife, Jackie Cochrane. In the pre- and post-WW II era the resort was a Mecca for many Hollywood stars such as Clark Gable, Jack Benny, Bob Hope and James Stewart; and celebrities such as Eleanor Roosevelt and Billy Graham. Presidents Eisenhower and Kennedy also stayed at the resort in its fabled history.

• Coordinated master planning and direction to architect to convey a concept steeped in privacy, exclusivity and high design standards
• Prepared Feasibility Study, Strategic Business Plan and Financial Projections
• Established interior design standards for hotel, condos, fractional and facilities
• Reworked golf holes for better play and created concise pedestrian circulation of an entrance device and private gateway
• Participated in municipal planning and zoning approvals
• Developed distinctive branding concept for Preserve
